I am an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals-Third Circuit. For immigration and other federal matters, I am licensed to represent clients all throughout the United States. I have successfully represented undocumented immigrants and permanent residents from Illinois, Florida, Massachusetts, California, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Colorado, North Carolina, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, Minessota and Texas.    I run my own solo practice in the heart of Bergen Hill section of Jersey City. My primary practice is in deportation and criminal defense.  I graduated from the public-interest centered City University of New York School of Law in May 2002. I obtained my  Bachelors of Arts in Sociology at Binghamton University. I taught  Legal Research and Writing at Laguardia Community College's Business & Technology Department in the Spring of 2014.
